After 20 years in the Hair Industry working in commercial salons, managing teams and educating other stylists - I am now settled into my dream space and creating hair magic for all my beautiful guests! Don’t get me wrong - I’m sure there’s a place for this service/concept, but what I don’t buy into, is people feeling they need to change their hair colour, or buy a whole new wardrobe because it’s not in their “colour palette”!

Or these accounts showing before and afters of celebs claiming one look is 👎🏼 because it’s not their colour palette? (I must admit, I disagree with their opinion 99% of the time anyway! 🙄) And let’s face it, do you think Rita Ora gives a sh*t that you didn’t like that shade of blonde on her Susan!? 🫠 I can tell you now she doesn’t.

Not only is it not financially possible for the average person to go and buy a whole new wardrobe, or change their hair colour - it also leaves out a really REALLY important factor - do YOU love it? If you love your hair colour - then stick with it! If you love the clothes (no matter the colour) - then wear them!
